Assist in preparation and review of Grant Applications

Review of Construction Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimates

Utility Coordination and Conflict Resolution

Secure local and State permits, and address Conditions of Approval

Oversight of Construction Progress, Revisions, and Adherence to Safety.

Direct and coordinate construction work during project progress, conduct site visits, attend construction meetings, and prepare detailed written correspondence to ensure strict compliance with contract specifications, plans, and safety requirements. Review submittals and progress payments. Provide detailed reviews and negotiations for proposed change orders.
